Welcome to Japan’s Kansai Property Showcase: Week 84 – April 2026 – Brought to You by Omoroi Osaka. As we move deeper into April, the kansai property market is beginning to open up with some exciting opportunities, and this week started off especially strong. Right from the beginning of our search, the Hyogo area stood out in a big way—offering an impressive number of high-quality listings that immediately caught our attention. From Kobe City, particularly in Kita Ward and Nishi Ward, to surrounding areas like Miki City, Kasai City, and even Himeji City, we’re seeing a surge of beautiful homes hitting the market. Many of these properties are larger in size, recently renovated, and notably built after 1982, meaning they meet updated earthquake resistance standards.
