Welcome to Japan’s Kansai Property Showcase: Week 81 – March 2026 – Brought to You by Omoroi Osaka. As we continue to track and share opportunities across the region, our goal remains the same—making the kansai property market more accessible, transparent, and exciting for buyers around the world. Each week gives us a clearer picture of how the market is shifting, and as we move further into 2026, we’re beginning to see the transition out of peak moving season and into a slightly calmer period. With Sakura season just around the corner, activity will start to balance out, and buyers may begin to notice more kansai property options staying available a bit longer—creating new opportunities that weren’t as common just a few weeks ago.


For Week 81, we’re introducing six properties for sale across the Kansai region, showcasing a range of price points, locations, and property types. From homes with strong access to city centers to properties offering more space and long-term value, this week’s lineup reflects the diversity that continues to define the kansai property market.


We’re also excited to introduce a new weekly feature that will be launching alongside our regular showcases. In addition to our standard posts—where we typically focus on properties under ¥30 million that require minimal to no renovation—we will now begin highlighting a separate selection of ultra-affordable homes priced below $30,000 USD. These posts will feature three properties at a time and are planned to release once per week (likely Wednesdays or Sundays). These homes will be a bit different from our usual focus—often located further from major stations and sometimes requiring renovation—but they will still include full land ownership and present strong value for a different type of buyer.
