Meet the Founder – Zach Mitchell
Hi, I’m Zach Mitchell, a real estate agent based in Osaka City, Japan—and the founder of Omoroi Osaka.
Originally from the United States, I began my real estate journey as a licensed Realtor in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the years, I’ve built a strong foundation in both real estate and construction, giving me a practical, hands-on understanding of how properties work—not just on paper, but in the real world.
Since moving to Japan, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people from all over the world buy, sell, and rent homes across the Kansai region. As a real estate agent in Japan, I’ve successfully guided many clients through the full property process—offering not only expert advice during the transaction, but also support with everything that comes afterward, from renovations to paperwork and daily logistics.
I know firsthand how intimidating buying property in Japan can seem, especially if you don’t speak the language or know the local systems. But the truth is: it’s much simpler and more straightforward than most people think—with the right help.
