Meet the Founder – Zach Mitchell
Hi, I’m Zach Mitchell, a real estate professional based in Osaka, Japan, and the founder of Omoroi Osaka.
Originally from the United States, I began my career as a licensed Realtor in Georgia, working with a range of properties including residential and luxury homes. Alongside real estate, I built a strong background in construction, project management, and development, giving me the ability to understand properties not just from a sales perspective, but from the ground up.
Since relocating to Japan in 2022, I’ve been deeply involved in the Japanese real estate market, working across residential, commercial, and investment properties. I’ve supported hundreds of transactions, including property purchases, sales, and rentals, primarily assisting international clients navigating the Japanese market.
I specialize in helping foreign buyers, investors, and companies purchase property in Japan, with a strong focus on the Kansai region, including Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, and surrounding areas. My role goes far beyond simply completing transactions, I guide clients through the entire process, from understanding the market and identifying the right property, to contract review, due diligence, and post-purchase support such as renovations and ongoing property management.
What sets me apart is a hands-on, transparent approach. I don’t just help you buy property, I make sure you fully understand what you’re buying, how the process works, and how to make the right decisions with confidence. Whether it’s explaining contracts, identifying risks, or coordinating with agents, lawyers, and contractors, I ensure every step is clear and stress-free.
